Healing the Inner Child to Clear Trauma and Find Self Compassion Meditation

During this meditation, we will journey to connect with our inner child, from babies to teens, bringing deep healing, love, and compassion to those parts of ourselves. This practice will help clear the trauma held in your body, mind, and soul, offering profound relief and understanding.

Perhaps your inner child has a message or guidance for you, or maybe there is something they need to hear from you. This meditation provides the space for powerful insights and emotional release, as we dive deep into the wisdom and experiences of our inner child.

We will call on the Angels to assist in healing, shining Light on these shadowed parts of ourselves so we can feel joy, relief from suffering, and a sense of peace and self-compassion.
